Our volunteers are mostly WISE Employment clients and come with a variety of strengths and skills ranging from construction, to garden maintenance, to food service -and available 7 days a week. We can provide teams of up to 12 at any time to assist with projects or assistance. We usually help not-for-profit organisations, but can also provide extra people power for events, or community specific occasions, or local coucil jobs.
The Green Collar Brigade is our non profit crew of volunteers who go out to various community and volunteering opportunities to assist where needed.
Our volunteers comprise of those who have completed The Green Collar Program, but also anyone who wants to get involved.
We don't discriminate with our volunteers and anyone is welcome to participate. We have a Supervisor to volunteer ratio of 1:3 and can do anything including farming, gardening, car washing, food service and general maintenance.
Are you passionate about helping the community? Let us know! We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you. Many hands make light work
Whether you help through volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
